At Pistachio Dessertry, each order is handcrafted in small batches with care to ensure quality and freshness.

Shipping

Dispatch Days
All orders are shipped Mon-Thurs

Orders placed after our weekly cut-off (Mon-Thurs) will be scheduled for dispatch the following week.

Processing Time
Please allow 1–2 for preparation prior to dispatch.
Custom and bulk orders may require additional lead time.

Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delays may occur due to courier services or peak periods.

Shipping Responsibility
While we take great care in packaging, Pistachio Dessertry is not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party couriers once dispatched.

Warm Weather Disclaimer
Our chocolates are sensitive to heat. During warmer weather, slight softening may occur. We recommend bringing your order indoors as soon as it arrives.

Pick-Up

We offer pick-up from Altona North, Melbourne.

Pick-Up Days & Times
Pick-up is available by appointment. Please share your preferred date and time at checkout, and we will be in touch to confirm.

How It Works
Once your order is ready, you will receive a message to confirm your pick-up time along with the collection address.

Please arrive within your selected time slot.

Important Notes

  • A 15-minute grace period applies. Delays beyond this may require rescheduling.
  • Please message upon arrival.
  • Once collected, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

Storage Guidelines

    Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, in an airtight container.

  • Chocolates
    Keep refrigerated and allow to come to room temperature before enjoying for the best taste and texture.
