Terms of Service

Welcome to Pistachio Dessertry. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.


Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full to be confirmed. We operate on a made-to-order, small batch basis, so preparation begins shortly after confirmation.

Custom and bulk orders may require additional lead time, which will be communicated at the time of enquiry.


Customisation

We offer colour and flavour customisation for select products. While we aim to match inspiration or themes as closely as possible, slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our desserts.


Cancellations & Changes

  • Changes to orders must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled date.

  • Once an order is in production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.


Pick-Up & Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for collecting orders at the agreed time.

  • For deliveries, please ensure someone is available to receive the order.

  • Once an order has been collected or delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.


Product Care

Our products are perishable and should be stored as advised (typically in a cool, dry place or refrigerated depending on the item). We are not responsible for damage caused due to improper storage or handling after collection/delivery.


Allergens

Our kitchen handles ingredients including nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy. While we take care, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please inform us of any allergies before ordering.


Refunds & Issues

Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on damaged or incorrect orders.


Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and branding created by Pistachio Dessertry remain our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.


Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly in cases of misuse, unreasonable demands, or policy breaches.
